"Love their work. No complaints but “late Fee” and continual rate increases of this time $20 a month is only pissing your clientele off. Your company needs to find a way to manage your own price increases. I have a self providing salt system, what chemicals are you asking me to pay $20 a mont more for. My rate will now be $150 a month which according to Google is the absolute HIGHEST POOL SERVICE RATES in Los Angeles. I’m afraid this will be my last month with Brothers…go beef someone else."
