"I regret to say that my recent encounters with an employee named William at the Leslie's Pool store in Chatsworth were nothing short of disappointing and uncomfortable. His consistently arrogant and argumentative attitude towards customers left a sour taste in my mouth and made me question whether I wanted to continue shopping there. On multiple occasions, I witnessed William engaging in unnecessary confrontations with customers. Instead of providing friendly and helpful service, he seemed more focused on asserting his authority and proving customers wrong. His approach was condescending, dismissive, and lacked any form of customer service etiquette. What bothered me the most was the uncomfortable atmosphere he created. As a customer, I expect to feel welcomed and valued when I visit a store. However, William's behavior made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. His abrasive demeanor not only affected my own experience but also tainted the overall ambiance of the store. Furthermore, William's inability to handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner was evident. Instead of actively listening and providing accurate information, he would often interrupt and argue with customers, making the interaction feel more like a debate than a simple exchange of information. This was not only unhelpful but also created unnecessary tension and frustration. As a result of my experiences with William, I found myself questioning whether Leslie's Pool was the right place for my pool-related needs. It is disheartening to feel discouraged from visiting a store because of an employee's behavior. I believe that customer service should be a top priority for any business, and unfortunately, William's performance fell far short of those expectations. I sincerely hope that Leslie's Pool takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue promptly. A store's reputation is built upon the experiences of its customers, and an employee like William can have a lasting negative impact. I urge the management to reevaluate their customer service standards and ensure that all employees are trained to provide a welcoming and respectful environment for customers."

"What happens when you shop at this particular Leslie's and work with Store Manager Matt? You get excellent customer service, helpful information, and a competitive price on products. New to pools, I met with Matt and he was very helpful. Matt took the time to explain all of the best available options to improve the situation with my pool. Matt also took the time to find the best price and product to meet my unique situation; he also promptly scheduled our installation, just like he said he would do. "Absolutely terrific service. Leslie's has a new machine that is computer-based and automatically checks your water and prints out a report that is completely comprehensive. It tells you what you need to buy and how to apply those chemicals to balance your pool. it's wonderful!"
