"Problem resolved--Leslie honored their warranty and was very nice about the whole problem. Good business ethics. SOLAR BLANKET WARRANTY NOT HONORED BY LESLIE POOL The solar pool blanket I bought was warrantied to last 5 years. It lasted 2 years. A sample of pool water showed a slightly high chlorine content which the clerk blamed for the rapid damage of the blanket. The same clerk then told another customer to make sure his chlorine level is high because the weather has been very hot in Los Angeles. I asked him how he could refuse to honor my claim because the chlorine level is high and then tell a customer to make sure his chlorine pool level is high. This is very unfair and Leslie Pool should honor my claim by prorating the warranty."

"OK I am new to the world of pool maintenance and repairs. I had to let my pool guy go and decided to bring in a water sample to Leslie's. My water was in very bad shape. But they took the time to explain what I needed to do it make it right. They spent the better part of an hour teaching this newbie. So off to the house I went and took my pool filter apart and cleaned it. I could not for the life of me get the thing back together. I decided to just go back to Leslie's and buy a new assembled filtration system. Well this is when I met the manager William Holmes . William Holmes not only told me I didn't need to do that, but he actually told me to get my filter assembly and bring it in and he'd show me how to put it back together. Now not only do I have my filter back together and operating but I'm in the process of getting my water back to being crystal clear. Thanks to William Holmes at Leslie's Pools."
