"The store was clean and didn't have any items in the aisles to trip over so that was good... The employees had no idea where anything was or if it was in stock and both clerks I asked didnt show much interest in helping and sent me to the wrong aisles. I was clearly in a rush needed some assistance. Honestly Its an "every time" thing whenever I visit this location. When I finally found something remotely related to what I asked for, no one was at the front when I wanted to check out. It's unfortunate cause I want to shop at Michaels but not here sorry."

"Me: "Do you have anymore gift boxes?" Store employee: "If we have any, then they'd be over there. But I don't think so." Me: *goes over there and nothing there* *proceeds to other aisles around store and finds gift boxes* Mind you, this was Christmas eve morning so understandable that not everyone was all that enthused to be working. The check out clerks were friendly and helpful."

"My daughter wanted to make her graduation cap pretty, but all the supplies she needed were sold out. It was literally empty lol but we waited until the last minute, so I can't complain too much. Other than that the store was clean and the staff members were helpful."

"It's my favorite place because I love to craft and they had an awesome sale on my favorite things which are beads plus I got an extra 15 % off andddd I had rewards points to take off my end total!!! It was great will go back will always go back actually have to talk myself from going back... too soon I just be spending money on here... crafting supplies are my vice I can make so many potential thingsssss"
