"I had an automatic pool cleaner that didn't make it through the two year warranty without having to visit the shop for repair. The first two issues were handled promptly under warranty as it should. Shortly after the warranty expired, the unit failed again! Mike at he store did a great job communicating and negotiating a replacement unit from the manufacturer. Thanks to Mike and the manufacturer for standing behind their product and services!"

They're also helpful in suggesting what is needed for proper pool maintenance and don't try to sell you something you don't want to buy and recommend not buying when you don't need it."
