"The staff here were amazing. There was a storm coming up and naturally some customers were on edge . I came with a few others but didn't get anything so I waited by the checkout. I observed a few customers taking out their irritability with the storm on the employees. One in particular swore at this employee, walked out mid return, just appalling customer behavior. The employee handled it with absolute grace and calm. When. The next customer walked up, you could not tell she had just dealt with a rude person, she remained professional and made sure the customers had the best experience. The only reason I gave 4 and not five stars was due to stock. There were lots of paints/paper craft, toys, yarn. But even then variety was not the best. I tried looking for candle supplies, specifically candle dye. Unfortunately they did not have any I saw."

"Tonight I visited Michaels and I was actually the last customer shopping, since I had rewards I wanted to spend them on Christmas stuff and the white young lady was with and awfully attitude she gave me a nasty look, please your staff members need more customer service manners, the other girl was nothing courteous she told me the store was closed but she was annoyed"

"Michaels has a good variety of craft and art needs. Truly there are categories I hadn't known they carried. Models and a wife variety of model paints. Rockets and parts. Several wood carved figurines to be painted. A great selection of frames and custome framing as well."

"Nice well layed out store. Customer service is friendly. They have lots of arts and crafts, designs. My wife bought this really cool cricut joy that can make all kinds of stuff. The decorations here are awesome too. I got a Halloween cat pillow Ha!!!"
