They scheduled the repair for 6 weeks out which was a little disappointing... but since most of the roofers I called didn't even return my phone call much less give me an estimate I can only say they must be really busy. A week before they were to come out, I called and verified the date they were coming. The day they were to arrive my husband I waited patiently till about 3 in the afternoon when I called and said "what happened". Was told they got held up on an earlier job and would be out tomarrow. The next day I had a call that they were on their way and would be there by 8 am. They were on time and did a great job. So I guess I'm saying they are a good company that has a few issues with customer contact."
