"Don't shop here. They've replaced the registers with self checkout and left one single employee to man the front. The general manager and district manager probably told corporate to enjoy their new yachts instead of sticking up for their employees. But what can I say? Michaels is just another greedy company taking advantage of a world in flux. And if anyone from corporate reads this....you all should be ashamed."

"We have always been to this location and we have never had a problem, but today was different. I was just trying to return some shirts we ordered, but the manager and employee were very rude. Online it tells us that we can return to the stores, but the manager was giving us sass and telling us we need to return it back to the shipper. Maybe the online information was wrong or they were having a bad day, but either way they should not be talking to us like that. Anyways, we told them this information nicely, but they are continuing to have a bad attitude. Overall was not a great experience at this location."

"Love this location! super easy to access and everyone is so friendly. They almost always have what I need rarely are out of stock on items. Don't expect to find fabric at michaels! You can either go across the street to Hobby Lobby or to the new Jo-Ann's down the street if you need fabric"

"One of the best Michael’s stores , great selection on art crafts and supplies very clean. This is my to go store when Im doing any project. Right now it’s Christmas decor and crafts. Recommended for all you drafters looking for supplies."
