"I’ve been a customer for 11 years now and the first 9 years it was like clock work. Last two years have been horrible rather it’s me not receiving my refund in time because they forgot to file certain paperwork, to me being early to an appointment and then still with another customer waiting 20 mins then to be switch to a whole new person which now I’m having issues on my refund and I have called about 9 times in the last two weeks and I still have not had a call back. Not to mention the front desk (Amanda) was rude and said they wouldn’t call back quick unless I told her the exact reason. Just breaks my heart I now have to move on to a more friendly , attentive , and overall better place. For the price you will pay you don’t need to deal with rude people nor them not helping you after you file. Trust me they will do whatever it takes to get you to file but once you do your no longer in there thoughts."

"This past experience was a total headache at the end of the day. Tax pro whom helped my wife and myself was very unprofessional and rude. Sylvia Rivera was by far the worst. Didn't answer any questions and more importantly didn't ask any questions. When according to Sylvia Rivera she has over 20 years experience. If this is what 20 years of experience looks like for HR block, I will never return nor recommend."
