"Terrible experience. Traveled from MN to CA to get taxes done only to be stood up for appointment that had been scheduled month in advance. Get poorly trained replacement that couldn’t understand documents so had us reschedule with the person we were suppose to see. Get to that appointment only to find out the reason we were stood up was because it was a nice day for drive to the beach. She completed taxes, we pay and return to MN. Month later notice taxes had not been filed, I called and was told that I hadn’t paid for them so they didn’t file. Thankfully I had the credit card receipt as proof. After this experience we not be using H&R Block in the future."

"Oh my God in heaven! My experience was sooooo awesome! It felt like therapy! The wonderful lady who assisted me, in all the years I have been a client, was the fastest, smartest, most easy to talk too! I laughed so hard, I even cried! I just love her and she should be recognized for how helpful she is too your clients! First of all, the person I was scheduled to see was not on time and as I was stating so to the receptionist, she came from her cubical and stated she would help me! I wasn’t feeling well at all! Within 5 minutes I was laughing and sharing my life with this total stranger! I can’t even believe how at ease she put me! I have never had a more experienced, fast H&R Block experience, never!
