"If I could give negatives this would be -5 stars. Worst service I've ever experienced. Every appointment time is treated as a joke. I've been here since 9:30 because the idiot correcting their original mistake calls me to bump my 10:00am appointment to 9:30, well it's 10:15 now and I'm sitting in my car. I'm only here again because they screwed up my original taxes and didn't file for the EIC!!! Which seems insane to me to begin with. Scheduling to resolve this has been a nightmare since theyre only open 2 days a week and I work all week during their business hours. I give up my Saturday morning for this and it's been nothing but frustration. So mad at myself for picking HR Block this year. NEVER AGAIN!!!!"

"During this time COVID, I have already made an appointment, but they didn't say to drop-off my W-2 form. I wanted to see in person. Other customer who meets in person, but I don't. So, I have to drop off. Later in 2 weeks, I called if, it's ready and they said it's ready. Unfortunately, I'm waiting in 2 weeks and they haven't done my tax return yet!? The young lady from customer service doesn't know how to do her job right. It's wasted my time to drop off and haven't first my tax return."

"My only complaint is when phoning you don't get the local place you want, but must go through stupid menus then sent to wrong state. I'm in CA and sent to FL office. Annoying and unnecessary. Otherwise I shall return next year for the third time a satisfied customer."
