"I filed for 2021 taxes & have had the same tax lady for years until she really messed up my taxes and my getting back almost six thousand dollars. I have called the IRS multiple times. Been hung up on, put on hold for hours, been told they'd call back & still have yet to get my money because of her mistake. I paid for H&R blocks services & they ripped me off completely. I have even called H&R Block and the woman who pretended to help me, told me I'd get HALF a refund in the cost I paid for their services and that their manager would call me back as soon as he's done being on vacation (getting married). I must say, he's been on vacation for a looooong time because I have yet to receive his call. H&R block has nerve to email and call me to use their services again. I would never & I tell everyone to avoid them with a passion. Hire people that know what they're doing. That's what they're paid for. I can do my taxes for free & it'll be done correctly. So unprofessional! I honestly should take it to court."

I called managers I’ve called one 800 numbers and no one has been able to get back to me or help me or give me my money back, this place will rob you set up appointments and not even be there for them, I don’t recommend H&R Block for nobody specially this one on Pacific"
