"STAY AWAY!!!! Don’t use this office. Firstly, people here are extremely rude. They said they will mail my documents but did not and the person who had my documents went on vacation. Now when I am calling them they are saying they can’t do anything. This is the worst customer service experience. So, save yourself the trouble and don’t use their services."

"I tried the "Virtual Client" option since I work full time and have an under 1 baby. I was limited free time and thought it was an very convenient way of getting my taxes done. I submitted all my documents on January 31 was didn't get to review and sign my finished taxes until April 10. Extremely poor communication from my tax preparer and I feel like because I wasn't an in-person client, I was put on the back burner. It wasn't until I called to complain several times to the office manager that I was able to sign my taxes. The office manager has to assign my documents to someone else for them to be complete. Add insult to injury, I paid the full price of $350! No itemization on my receipt either. I had to call AGAIN to get an explanation as to why it was so expensive. Never using H&R Block ever again."
