"Getting the tax pro helped me with complex tax situations. But the prices can be steep."
"I went here for a tax return amendment. 3 different people (Jackie, Guru, Laura), they all messed up 3 times on a simple amendment return. IRS got confused as they kept sending incorrect/incomplete returns. As a result of their incompetence, I ended up paying more than I should have to begin with. Worse is HR Block / their manager didnt even cover for their mistake. Stay away from here. You can do for cheaper and better with other automated tax filing programs."
