"Arturo was nice, but Eco-Pro spent a MONTH diagnosing our HVAC trouble in Fair Oaks. I was about to pull the trigger on a new $10K system, but decides to get a 2nd opinion first. Viking sent a technician out who found the real problem, fixed it on the spot, and I spent $0 additional money (home warranty). Was it egregious, negligence, or attempted manipulation?"

"Ulises licensed technician is very professional and listening to client. He discovers and fix problem right away during 40 degrees cold in house & winter. Hehas skills to assess our furnace heater. As he recorded somewhat loud noise of our heater/ furnance, he submitted his professional assessment to my home warranty professional who could decide whether it is good timing to replace without safety concern and frequent call-in maintenance within short period of time. We appreciate his service and care to my heater repair needs."

"I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with EcoPro during a recent First American Home Warranty service call. The HVAC technician (actually he seemed to be an expert) was Ulises. Prior to his arrival I received a descriptive bio from EcoPro all about Ulises, his experience in HVAC, how long he had been with EcoPro and his picture so I'd recognize him upon arrival. Compared to other warrant experiences with subcontractors, Ulises was OUTSTANDING. He spent time to talk to me to listen to what was going on and what I had observed about the issues. He then took that info and performed his own, very thorough diagnosis, all the while he was explaining to me what was going on and what he was observing since there's a fair amount of observation, trial and error and process of elimination to isolate the problem. Finally we narrowed down the problem to a sensor and he was able to show me how he could reproduce the issue tripping the system to fail and showing me the led on the circuit board which was producing a blinking error code. He was great and very diligent. Unfortunately my review does not seem to be consistent with EcoPro - so when in doubt, when you schedule your appointment - ask for Ulises C!"

"I did a HVAC tune-up with my home warranty company. I'm not sure what the company's prices are and I didn't think the HVAC tune-up was worth it from my Home Warranty company. Arturo our technician from EcoPro HVAC was professional, quick, and great to work with. Would love to have him again. I booked with 1-2 days in advance and had a great time with the EcoPro"

"We had to have our ac replaced. The guys showed up on time and were very nice and professional. It was an all day job so I was able to continue what I needed to do at home while they were working. 10/10 recommend! We now have our new ac running beautifully!"
