"My husband and I had an appointment on April 4th at 7 pm to have our taxes prepared at your location in the Walmart on Helen Power Dr in Vacaville. We arrived on time to a pop up location located right near the self service check out. The only privacy we had was from paper thin curtains surrounding the desk. The tax preparer did not greet us or introduce herself to us. I thought this was very unprofessional and actually thought she was just the person to check us in. After a few minutes I asked for her name and introduced ourselves to her. We almost left at that point but decided to stay in the interest of time. We didn’t necessarily doubt the preparers expertise however there were questions she asked us that were not specific or clear and required us to repeatedly ask for clarification. All in all this was not a good experience. The location inside the store was less than desirable and being able to hear so many personal conversations on the other side of the curtains made us very uncomfortable. We expected more from a reputable company such as Jackson Hewitt. Thank you…"

"No one there at scheduled appointment time. Tried calling customer service to find another location and was on hold for 25 minutes before just giving up."
