"Exorbitant pricing and poor management at the Santa Clara location. They gave us an appointment and kept us waiting before data entry, and then again between data entry and consultant appointment prolonging our appointment time to 3 hours total for no fault of ours. I don’t understand the point of submitting advance documentation when no one even looks at it in preparation for the appointment! On top of everyone, each year they jack up their pricing by 25% and spring it on to the customer as a surprise. I’m definitely going to look for a different consulting firm that can offer good services, better management and competitive pricing."

When inquired about the discrepancies, the consultant declined to respond, citing being too occupied. While I understand that errors can occur, I expect clarity regarding the tax filing process.
