"I was happy to find this tax service and was highly recommended by fellow coworkers. When tax laws were changed by Trump for 2018 tax filings she was asked how the changes would affect my filing, I was told it would not as she had gone to training and the changes were for other professions. Fast forward we get an audit because Ana obviously did not go to the training and the IRS cited she used the wrong deduction form and the write offs which were once allowed were no longer. So she advertises she provides audit representation. SPOILER ALERT SHE DOES NOT she has you do all the leg work and says if you do this, it should be settled. NOPE i had to pay pay penalties and interest. I PAID A TAX PREPARER (ANA) TO DO THAT AND DO IT RIGHT AND THIS WAS NOT DONE CORRECTLY AND HER INTEGRITY IS QUESTIONABLE NOW. If you get audited, like hundreds of people that went to her FOR THEIR 2018 tax filing, SHE WILL LEAVE YOU OUT IN THE COLD. You are paying for a lie. THINK TWICE ABOUT THIS PLACE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU LIKE THEY SAY. I did not want to post this, but since no responsibility is being taken by Ana I feel I must warn my fellow tax filers. USE THIS PLACE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!"

"I brought all my original paper work to do my taxes I had an appointment, after 45 mins someone (Emanuel) came and explained that I have to make another one since the changes in IRS rules.. He asked me if I can leave my papers, so we left them..We make another appointment, after a month finally we went back with my husband during his lunch brake, after 30 mins. my husband got upset and asked for our paper work ... they couldn’t find them.. we left the place so upset and finally someone call my husband to let him know that they found our papers ... I just notice that they lost some of them... so conclusion don’t go to this place .. I feel bad because my best friend recommend them to me as she have been doing her taxes there for a long time but didn’t work for me ..."

"I don't usually write reviews but I am very disappointed with the lack of service I received from this company. I have used them for the last couple of years and loved that I can support a small business and a fellow Latina. I made an appointment about a month ago for today at 4pm. I called a little after 4pm to clarify who is supposed to call whom. I spoke to a staff member and was told that Ana was running late and she will call me in 15-20 minutes. I waited another hour before I called back inquiring when I would be able to speak to Ana since my appointment was at 4pm and it's already 5:15pm at that point. The staff member said she would call me back in a little bit, I asked when I should expect the call and they stated I should get a call back at 6:45pm. I have been waiting now for 3.5 hours and haven't received any correspondence about the appointment or an apology. I called back and it went straight to voicemail. I feel pretty disrespected and definitely disappointed. I also understand that it is tax season and they are busy but this is truly unacceptable. I recognize this is one incident but other years I have had to deal with snarky/ unprofessional staff but I pushed through it because Ana herself was a decent person. To the company: please do better and respect your clients time."

"I have been trying to find an intelligent astute tax preparation service since moving to the area in 2012 and have finally found the best place to handle my tax needs. We had several issues to be handled with our taxes and Ana was able to get everything done with great detail in one day. She, Andrea and the rest of the staff make you feel like a family member and very comfortable with their knowledge and performance. I highly recommend them for your personal and or business taxes."
