"Used to love having Neil do our taxes until this year. We moved out of state and it took him over one week to complete our taxes. It normal takes him an hour in the office but since I'm now out of state I guess that means you can take a week plus to complete my taxes. All good. What really bothers me is the amount he tells me I owe on CA was completely wrong and the refund from the IRS was over $7,000 off. That's a big mistake. His response was "I must have used a template when emailing you the amounts." This is the most unprofessional accountant I've come across and will not be trusting him to handle my taxes ever again. You've been warned, best of luck with this"
