"Tax Professional that I worked with is Mr. Srini. Visited in mid month of March to file my taxes, I have been told that agent will work on my file, next step is just to submit the taxes, comes Apr 18th deadline, they have still not filed my taxes. When I visited couple of days before deadline I have been told that 1) My tax filing has been archived and they need retrieve from the archive. 2) Also been told that they will file file taxes on day of deadline which is Apr 18th. I have been calling almost daily to talk to the person who is working on my taxes, but unable to get hold of him, I have been provided an appointment that the agent will give me a call, it has been 2 days past deadline and I am still waiting for a call. So unprofessional behavior. At this point I am not sure I go to other office and start all over again, not sure what is going on with my application. Today: April 22 - I have been calling almost daily since April 17th and couple of time visited office, but I still have not received a call from Mr. Srini or able to get in touch with Mr. Srini. And my 2022 taxes are still not filed. So unprofessional behavior. So disappointing!"

"I have been using HnR for past 10 years and it is always getting better and better on the website and process that is very helpful and makes the time for us to provide the req documents, communicate to the tax pro and post tax prepared to file. Keep up the good job, Arlene is very experienced and this is my 2nd year working with her for my tax, i will be going back to her for next year too."

"Horrible experience with the staff. I had an appointment to file the taxes with Helen Lee. This was my first experience with H& R block. In my initial conversation she explained me the that my charges will be $200. I asked if there are any first time discount and she said yes and gave $25 discount so in my understanding the cost will would be $175 to 200 (she NEVER mentioned that these are estimates). After doing all the paper work she presented the final cost as $290. I said that is expensive from what was initially mentioned what are my options if I don’t go through this service she said you still have to pay $50 for the service and started yelling at that these are estimated cost and why do waste my time and then another employee (African American Lady)) without knowing the full case joins in and says PEOPLE LIKE YOU WASTE OUR TIME, WHY DO COME HERE, DO YOU LIKE WASTING OUR TIME . I was taken a back, I haven’t had people yell at me like that. 2 employee starting to behave this rude with customer is Unreasonable. She also added give $100 and shut the case. Where one says $50 other says $100 for the same. They could have let me know: 1. Before hand that these cost are just an estimated 2. If Your customer is uncomfortable with final amount then what are my opinion There is no need to pass judgement and yell at your customers without being part of The Whole conversation. One employee represents the whole company. Never going back this office and I’ll never recommend this place."
