"My experience with Rain Defense is as good as it gets. Rain Defense replaced an exterior deck that had been very poorly installed 8 years prior and was leaking. Rain Defense removed and replace the entire deck. Each person who spent time on the job was terrific. The job foreman, Gelber gave me great comfort in initially diagnosing the problem and walking me through the replacement process. Each tradesperson who worked on the deck was excellent trained and meticulous in following their protocols, from installing the subfloor to installing the flashing, to tackling some complex carpentry, to with great care installing the initial and subsequent layers of the new deck. Infinitely better than the prior firm. The January rains began after only the initial waterproofing surface had been installed, and yet the entire deck and ceiling below, which had been badly leaking from the prior deck installation, was bone dry, so the Rain Defense deck has been severely tested, and has done great, and beyond that it is very attractive. The office people are equally helpful and professional. Special thanks to each person who worked on the job, each was terrific--Christian!, Gelberto!, Luis! and Santiago!, as well as to Gelber and owner Mike, who has put together a great group of talented people.
