"thank you for turning in my tax documents late after the 18th nothing was sent when I was told everything was sent over electronically you also did not process my payment in your system but you sure took out the money from my bank account when I paid the same day of my tax preparation on April 3rd call back one week later you guaranteed that taxes were sent over which they were not called back two weeks later nothing was on file nothing had been sent there was no payment on record even though I did pay you same day I feel like you guys failed me as a tax preparer and I'm highly upset I expect a full refund to be sent back to me as soon as possible thank you for postponing my money"
