"I made an appt with Rema for an Estate Tax Return. AFTER I got there, she said she was too busy to take care of my taxes and sent me on a 'wild goose chase': She referred me to Block Advisors in Milpitas and assured me that there would be plenty of experts to assist me. Block Advisors made a phone appt for me at 3pm, but no one called me back. When I called the number again at 3:45pm, they indicated that I had called the wrong office and game me the general Milpitas office location. When I tried to call them, a bad connection, language barrier, and repetitive questions ended my potential business with this company. Very Disappointed! I would not recommend even attempting an Estate Tax Return with H&R Block."
