"Been going to this tax preparation services office for many years. Excellence in their services and their qualified staff. If you have any issues, they are always here to help. Very knowledgeable about all of your tax issues and questions. They get back to you promptly when you call and leave a message for your tax preparer. When you do call, the receptionist is always helpful and kind to make your appointment and to answer questions about this tax service. I would not go anywhere else. Their price to do your tax preparation is very reasonable for the amount of time and care that goes into your tax preparation. There is ample parking here and some handicapped spots. The office is very clean, nice and comfortable. They make you feel welcome here for sure."

"Had an appt today with Zina who was fantastic however, the amount I had to pay for my taxes left me shell-shocked. $240.00! I don't own real estate, do not have any dependents, make less than $60k a year, do not own a home (but with that you can get tax right offs), and do not have multiple investments. Was told they charge per form you have. Utterly ridiculous! Way too expensive, but was caught between a rock and a hard place. Could not file an extension and could not do for free as did not want to mess it up. You win some and you definitely lose some, in this case about $151.00. I would have paid $89.00- think that's about right."

"I'm sure that, in terms of expertise, their staff is well equipped; however, I just had a poor experience with them. I scheduled a 30 minute appointment and joined 10 min earlier. 15 minutes into the appointment, the tax advisor appointed to me still had not joined our video call. I ended up calling the office and wasn't able to connect with the advisor until there was only 10 minutes left. She also asked if we could "just continue the meeting on the phone" I had called since she "had a 2pm", which was frustrating since I myself had a 2pm meeting and just lost 20 minutes of my own work day. I was really disappointed because I was excited to find an advisor that I could meet with in person. My search continues."
