"We did not leave feeling confident about our recent tax preparation. There was an initial misunderstanding as one of the forms was not printed, and we used our mobile device. The representative did not hear us say there were (2) pages in the form we were showing. She did find the error as we were quite surprised by the high return. As we went through the paperwork again, it seemed she missed other things we asked about. Our amount owed changed significantly multiple times and we left wondering what else she missed. We compared our folder to last year's and saw there was an exemption we brought up that the rep waved off, that the previous H&R rep had included with great result in our favor.
