"Truly an awful, exhausting experience. Paid thousands of dollars for her to help me file an amended tax return. After waiting 9 months, the IRS rejected the request and she refused to get on the phone to help me understand what went wrong. I ended up turning to a friend's CPA, who charged me less than half of what she did, walked me patiently through the issues, and got the work done. To refute to the owner's response below: 1. The IRS did not explicitly request any documents. They simply indicated that her filing still reported massively higher income than actually happened. 2.
