"Was supposed to be a quick drop off of documents, and instead I had to sit and watch as he copied all my files over. Missed key aspects of my return that cost me ~$1000 even though I brought my previous year's return as an example and even pointed out what boxes were missing. After all that, I was charged $375 when all he did was enter the forms I have him and not consider anything but standard deduction. Absolutely not worth it. Update: After speaking to customer service Cierra helped to fix my return. She was very kind and clearly very knowledgeable! I have update my rating to a 3star since it was still a pain and quite expensive, but in the end H&R Block made an effort to fix it."
