"Avoid Avoid Avoid. They assigned me to Viktoriya. I went there, She did not finish my filing, she was SUPER SLOW and asked me to go back (thought it'd be waste to go elsewhere and start all over -> so decided to go back. BIG MISTAKE). I called, texted, emailed multiple times to get the follow up appointment. They kept forgeting? to send confirmation. Finally -I had to go there on a Sunday. Guess what.... our advisor was not even there. She called me 2 hours later and told me that she didn't know I was going. UNPROFESSIONAL, SLOW, INNEFICIENT, RUDE. They failed us big time"

"Lynn Sherrell is great. She is calming, asks great questions, and I feel gets you the best refund possible. This is my second year having her do my tax returns and though I am nervous regarding whether I will have to pay or not and if so how much, I know she is getting me the best possible."

"Very unprofessional tax preparer. Made quite a few mistakes and had to back track. I had to explain that a letter states that I made “contributions” to my Roth and it is not “distributions”. She was late 25 min to our appointment and then tried to rush us out at the end of our appt saying “I have a client waiting. She knows me.” Then she said she can’t complete the return because of a missing 1095B form even though we had a 1095C form for the same months. We had to make another appointment to return and sign/finalize our return after she got back to us and said she was able to “fix” it. She did not seem like she had 20 years of experience."

"I love working with Max at H& R Block. He is personable and I feel like he has my best interest in mind. He saved me more money than the CPA who I had worked with for years and the price of H&R services are reasonable. I love their “educate the client as they prepare your taxes” format, with two computer screens for easy viewing and explanations along the way. I wish I would have found H&R Block along time ago."
