"I have worked with this office over 10 years. I thought they are professional licensed service but they are not. They submitted my wife tax document and somehow they did not go through. I received many notices from IRS, I contacted them for their help but no response, did nothing for years. I sent them emails, they claimed that my mails went to spam they didn’t see. I resent 2 week ago and they keep silence on their responsibility. That is not a professional service, no responsive"
