"Robin Reid is very unprofessional and rude. Just because I came in a little early she got really upset and started to talk behind my back complaining to her co workers that I had come in too early. I told her I didn't appreciate being talked about and she yelled back at me saying she was just telling them..umm ok. I've worked in costumer service and I know that's not how you treat customers. I had my paper work dropped off so I thought I was just going to come in and finalize everything, well come to find out she didnt start any paperwork. I have a toddler and am 8 months pregnant and thought it was going to be easy but she made this experience horrible."
