"Professional and friendly, very communicative. However if you have a W2 and 1099s to file, it can get pretty expensive to file your taxes. It cost me a quarter of my tax return amount just to file and they charge you another fee just for them to get paid directly from your return. Kind of ridiculous, but besides that the staff are great."
