"Initially I was satisfied with H+R until there was a discrepancy with our emerald card and been trying to rectify the problem only to find out our tax preparer only works Sundays .Ive been told they're (H+R) would look into it and get back to us but we've heard nothing but the runaround for weeks and personally feeling seriously unsatisfied with they're handling of the situation......."
