"At first I believed this place was ok ,and not bad especially for Mexicans like myself who tend to be a bit less savvy when it comes to taxes and finances. Well to my shock the nice and friendly veneer is nothing more than this. They overcharge for services, manipulation, and have a history with fraud as prior owner/ ex-employee and father of a concurrent worker there was charged with tax fraud. The history and practices are alone to not recommend to any working class individual, especially us Mexicans."
"I can guarantee that this will be last year that I will be doing my taxes here. The tax preparators are cold and rude. The owner is biased when speaking about their employees. The price is steep for a business claiming to help low income families. $160 is price gouging. Very disappointed at the lack of professionalism."

"This place refused me service because i hardly know anything about taxes and my questions i had for this employee i guess was insulting her by any means i meant no disrespect. Its crazy this person decided not to help another human being that needed assistance with there practices. I would never recommend this place to anyone! In fact she disrespected both me and my wife when we asked why we were told to leave and asked for a copy of documents. 4/14/17"
