"Absolutely horrible pawnshop not only did my brother catch these people lying about the weight of a gold chain today but when confronted about it, the Asian guy that worked, there told my brother that next time he will not unlock the door for him to enter! My brother has a couple thousand dollars in loans with this pawnshop and pays them off consistently and is a good customer to have around. They lost our whole family’s business over too bad circumstances today being the straw that broke the camels back! Save yourself a headache and a horrible experience go to capital city pond, or somewhere else.. not only will you be treated with respect but you won’t feel like you’re dealing with a dirty, desperate car salesman…"

"I’ve been doing business with this pawn shop for a few years now, the Asian guy that works there is super disrespectful. The first time I had a bad experience with him my wife and I figured maybe we just caught him on a bad day, but after today’s incident, not only will I never do business with this pawn shop again, but I will be doing everything I can to warn other people about their shady tactics. and unprofessionalism. After taking one of my gold chains in for a small pine to help out with gas for the week, I Cut, this guy lying about the weight of my chain by almost a full gram and then when confronted about it, he realized he was caught and gave me an attitude and told me next time He won’t let me in the store. I have items in this pawnshop that equal to more than a couple thousand dollars and every time I get a loan I am consistent about paying off the loans and getting my property back so why they would want to lose a good customer is beyond me but if I can help anyone avoid a terrible experience, go to capital city pond, it’s right up the street and they treat you with dignity and respect unlike this place"

"Bought my very first gun here. The whole experience, from taking the FSC exam to completing all of the forms for fire arm purchase, was great and took less than 45 minutes. Everyone in the store was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and most importantly not pushy nor cocky. I def will be coming back for ammo needs and possibly another fire arm."
