"I had the pleasure of conversing with a kind, professional gentleman by the name of Abit yesterday. He had an extensive knowledge of the store's products and answered all of my questions without losing patience with me. He informed me that they have a wide selection of engagement rings; about 2,300 online and 400-500 in stock. They also have a vast collection of GIA certified loose diamonds, and that their loose diamonds are carried in the store rather than being obtained by a wholeseller. They do custom work for engagement rings, and they also do halo rings, which I learned was the most popular right now. They use 14k, 18k, palladium, platinum, white, yellow, and rose gold. You can bring in a picture of a ring you like and have them recreate that ring to perfection for you, including the size of the side stones. It takes approximately 7-10 days for a custom job. Abit assured me that nothing other than natural diamonds are used, so no cubic zirconias, plated jewelry, or lab-created stones. When I asked Abit what sets Sun Jewelry apart from other jewelry stores in the competition, he informed me that rather than having a limited selection of sizes and cuts, they can recreate any ring, whether it be princess cut, marquise, half carat, 3/4 carat, etc. They manufacture depending on the center stone, so everything is custom made depending on what stone you choose. In addition, their rings are not mass produced, so they are very sturdy, but not heavy. I would rate my experience with Abit a 10/10 and would highly recommend this store. I also visited their website, which appeared very professional and provided me with even more knowledge about the store, such as the fact that they were established in 1983."
"I had an amazing experience with Abit at Sun Jewelry! He was very patient with me and answer all my questions about loose diamonds and settings. He genuinely seemed like he was interested in pleasing me and didn't care how much I was spending. (Bringing my own stone vs. buying there stone) He had a lot of good information that made me feel very safe and secure making a purchase there. There's no middle man for the stones and their settings are guaranteed to be solid gold! So glad I found them!"
"Recently, I spoke to the folks at Sun Jewelry and it couldn't have been a better experience. They were very friendly and kind in answering my questions about the quality of the gold they use (14k / 18k, platinum / two toned / and so many others) as well as the kind of loose diamonds that they offer. I'm not very well versed when it comes to diamond certifications, but they were happy to explain to me what the certification meant and why it was important. That was really fantastic of them to do! What I really love though is the custom work that they do. I got the sense that if you dream it, they can do it and would be happy to work with a design that you brought in. The custom work time frame too is excellent, the associate I spoke with quoted me about 2 weeks. The store is located in the downtown jewelry district and if you are familiar with downtown, you know it can be kind of a pain finding parking. Good news is that Sun Jewelry is located close to a lot you can park in and close to a metro stop. I am coming from the valley, so its a little out of my way, but their ability to customize your jewelry is definitely worth it. Overall, I had a really pleasant experience with Sun Jewelry and am excited to be working with them."
"Sun jewelry. Very nice people who work there. Prices are great quality is great. Hey can customize any jewelry. In must come situation you must see if you want a good deal. Sun jewelry has a large selection of engagement rings. You can find loose diamonds GIA certified there. They actually carry loose diamonds on the shelf. You can customize your engagement ring. Not only do they have solid 14k, and 18k metal's they also have platinum. You can bring a picture in. They can make one just like it. It only takes 6-10 days to make. You can customize the size of the sides. They also provide a great 3d image before your ring is made. They don't have cubic zirconia. The return policy is 30 days then exchange. They make their stuff in the USA. They don't have any platted items, all their stuff is solid not hollow, or light. This is not the place to get an overpriced Rollex. This is a place to get a solid natural diamond. Exactly the way you like it customized. The excellent salesman will provide you with excellent customer service."
"I went to Sun Jewelry today in search of good place to get some jewelry designed. I met with Abit and he was very polite and knowledgeable about fine jewelry. The jewelry was really quite nice and I'm so happy I tried it on in person. You really don't know what will look good on your hand until you try it on. They specialize in engagement rings and thats pretty much the majority of their in store selection. What I like is that they can work with your budget and customize whatever you are looking for. But keep in mind there is a design setup fee if you are trying to create something completely unique."
