"Emerald Construction was recommended to us 3 weeks before escrow on our old home closed and the deadline to move into our remodeled home. Patrick juggled his other jobs to meet our deadlines. i.e. Friday "Hey Patrick it looks like the cottage needs a new roof". Monday 6 guys are on the roof. Work done by Wednesday. Call from P on Thursday...I made a mistake in the estimate"...I got two jobs mixed up it will cost you a lot less. Patrick is honest! And he and his workers show up everytime he says they will! i.e. to clean up thoroughly after each jobs done! His tile crew does excellent work! We used 4' tile on our kitchen counters... which was challenging to work with, yet Aaron's work came out beautifully. His brother Jermey did a beautiful job tiling our bathroom. His flooring crew's work was superior...as our house was quite tricky with its difficult angles. I highly recommend Patrick for his excellent management, straight forward estimates and talented crew of highly skilled craftsman."
