When we started to be very concerned about the quality of service we were receiving because Jay would only show up for a few minutes and leave our pool as dirty as when he arrived, we hired someone to inspect our pool and discovered there were no chemicals in the water, the filter was filthy and hardly working and all filter baskets were broken. We highly recommend finding another pool service company."
