"A nice full size pool with hot tub and clubhouse. There are two BBQ grills for use........... WITHOUT ANY INSTRUCTIONS!! We found one grill left full on! We figured out how to operate the grill by trial and error......... HOA ASSOCIATION NEEDS TO POST OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS......along with a CLEAR and respectful request to shut off grill when done!!"
