"Had my iPhone 13 Pro back glass cracked. I brought it in to be replaced. I got it back after service and the power button didn’t work anymore. We took it back and they tried to fix it again, but after bringing it home the screen stopped working completely. It took them 3 days to replace the screen. They replaced it with a 3rd party screen which never worked correctly. Then 3 weeks later the power button stopped working again. We brought it back it to be fixed, but after taking it back home, the screen started to bow and the phone never worked right again. Also, in the response, the company states, "We replaced it with an original Apple screen." Not true, we had a notification pop op once a day saying this, "Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple display." Why would a customer want to bring their phone back to a company who broke it 3 times in the first place? Had to replace phone. Please avoid at all costs."
