"DeMaria took on a very difficult commercial project I was managing for my construction company. We had a pool and spa on the 8th floor of a condo that needed new tile, plaster and coping. These guys gave us an excellent price and we sat down and hashed out a schedule. Technically it was a difficult job because of the lack of access to the 8th floor, most pool contractors shied away but not these guys. They answered all of our questions and always returned emails, phone calls and texts. With 400 units watching the job we had zero room for delays and errors. They totally delivered! The project ran exactly to their write schedule and was done very professionally. The HOA is very pleased with the pool and I'm happy to recommend them. Responsive, professional, great work, and finished on time. No change orders! We also passed inspection without any issue! They also have a C35 and C53 license. Be sure to make sure anyone you hire has these licenses"

"I'm gonna be honest. The "owner" seems alright. BUT beware the guy Flavio.......unprofessional, disrespectful and really only likes you until you sign your contract. He was aggressive, and very confrontational when we brought up concerns. By this time we already were in a binding contract. He is disrespectful to the point of hanging up in your face. The pool looks good. But we all know when it comes time to a possible issue in the future that would need to discuss a warranty issue how you will be treated. Again it's all sweet and respectful until you sign the contract. Then it's a whole different attitude. You get treated less then and you become under the mercy of their demands. When in reality you pay a ton of money to a company that should be reliable and knowledgeable. And you get bait and switch. Be careful when you choose your color from the book they give you make sure you have them clearly write the prices. They make you fall in love with the most expensive ones to find out they are not the price that was promised. The plaster job could have been better. The surface is not entirely even. I'm sure I'm not the only one who likes questions answered in a respectful manner . In a educational manner. Not a disrespectful, arrogant belittling manner. Don't waist your time , pay extra with another company it's worth it. It's worth knowing you will be treated for your worth and not as a bother. Knowing what I know now , I wish I would have not been persuaded by charm. It's deceiving."

"Good pool plastering, guys did a good job and were quick and professional. The only problem I had was getting the girl (Jessica) to return my calls or texts so I could get my warranty info. Ultimately, I had to call her boss, Oscar, and voice my concerns about her. I guess he didn't like that I called him, and got her to bring me what I needed."
