"The technician tried couple of times to clear the drain problem in kitchen sink. Then, he needed to call the office and left. He did not come back. Received TXT messages and 'Job Done'. How UNRESPECFUL, IRRESPONSIBLE, RUDE of him. I called the Mann Plumbing and manager tried to make it up (that is way I am giving them two stars). He did not clear the water (for five+ hours before another technician came by) under the kitchen , so the wooden floor got soaked and swollen (see the photo). At least I was getting $25 off out of $440 (seems like the water damage costs more then the plumbing job) Not sure why there are so many good reviews with this plumbing company, but my experience with this one is not good."

"While the first circulation pump did not work, they quickly ordered a new one and replaced it to delivery hot water. They also did a fantastic job on flushing my water heater at a reasonable price. Scheduling was little challenging, but it all worked out."
