"Fraudulent Company, , does not exist, will show up to your place and take your money and disappear!!! This is recently!!! Update: ended up calling sheriffs department and filed a report and after many, many, and continual attempts from the detective and myself, I was able to recover and receive the full amount of $100 that I deposited. However, I was fortunate to have been able to receive the full amount, because the individual that tried to scam was not wanting and not willing to give the full amount, until I had to get the detective to continue to be involved. This company is not in lemon grove and it is from the individual’s home. Please do NOT use this company!"

"There's a personal service versus a computer robo-bot corporation. The owner Steve is very attentive to details. I was explained they are, at times, powerless because of the parts -- the recent delays from inventory, transportation and source--Asia and China. Covid and Russian's invasion of Ukraine are two perfect examples of global supply interruptions. The Suez's canal, weeks to free the stuck tanker, causing backup, is another. I understood his point of view--and agreed. I am simply patient, now that our world is highly dependent on foreign trade, especially China. Their humble repair shop, trust me, is not alone."

"Had the worst experience ever with this shop. An unforgettable terrible experience. My girlfriend took my t.v to their shop to be repaired, we had to pay a 50 dollar non refundable deposite(no problem doing that because its understandable) and they told up that it would be ready in 7 to 10 business days. 3 weeks pass by and we hear nothing about our t.v, first excuse was the wheather in the states its being shipped from so theres going to be a delay, then it was a holiday weekend, after that the technician had a death in the family so i couldnt get any information on my t.v because of that. Then every single time my girlfriend would call the boss was always in a meeting outside of the store or he was out of town and the people that worked there couldnt tell us any type of information on our t.v, leave a message and we would rarely get a call back and when we did get a message it was like playing phone tag back and forth. Almost over 4 months had passed and we still didnt get a fixed t.v back. This people are not professional and i would never recommend anyone to this store. When i asked for money back or a trade i was told that they would just have my t.v marked as unable to fix and give it back to me. They are the worst with communication and to be honest i feel like i have been ripped off. Again i would never recommend this shop to anyone, my girlfriends mom was even there to witness everything that had happened. Worst place ever. I only gave 1 star because in order to write a review i had to put a star."
