"Replaster (pebble, tile, equipment, pump, controls, lights) Be careful if you are considering using this place. They are very unethical and will take advantage of you greatly. The salesman Josh and even the manager Sue can be very friendly on the phone and in person. Leading you to believe you have a potential good company to deal with. However, when the wheels hit the pavement, the tires are flat, misshapen and full of nails. Fair Warning, this company is crooked, they will do a lousy job, they will overcharge you, rip you off, and then stop returning your calls, emails and won't even respond to BBB to correct the remaining issues that they leave you with as "not their problem". So here is a fraction of my story for those who are interested. I have never given a bad review before, but this company just takes the cake, I can't let them get away with it without at least warning others to hopefully prevent others from getting screwed over as well. If anyone wants to see images of the bad work, I will gladly provide. Red Flags 3 Months past promised contract deadline and still not complete Unnecessarily demolition your pool at least a month before they are ready to tile or prepare it pointlessly leaving you with a unusable crater in your yard. Rarely answer your call or help you understand differences in selection of tile, pebble types etc.. They did our Pebble, Lights, Tile, Mosaics, Equipment Upgrade, Pump, etc.. Basically a full remodel. They scraped the glass tile like crazy on the stairs, it has lines through it. They broke multiple tiles on install and left them, saying to replace them now would make the pebble not match. They left round divots and uneven surfaces and even bald spots in the pebble installation. They charged me for a UV cleaner that took them months to install as they claim it was already there, then they claimed that I should be able to install it, then finally when they did install it, they left valves shut off causing the pressure to back up and blow the filter off the next time the pool schedule ran. They sold me a system upgrade, but then they disconnected my indoor controller and spa side controller and promised me an indoor touchscreen replacement for the new system, but instead decided they wanted an additional $2,000 to finish the job they started for the indoor controller, leaving me with only my personal phone to control the pool and spa. Which is not convenient for guests, house-sitters, kids, etc.. They sold me LED Can Light upgrades, but then they broke the grounding bonding on trying to remove the old ones. Failed and left me to reinstall everything even though now they were no longer waterproof, so they supplied gaskets for me to go remove and install again. They then took back the three $500 Pentair Lights and decided that I would not get refunded for them even though they did not use or install them on my property and they left with the lights so I no longer have these lights that they charged me for. The story goes on from broken removed skimmer covers to cracked cement, to sending out new crew every time something needs redone to never finishing the job. This is the worst business I’ve ever dealt with and my first bad review ever. There is far more unethical parts to share, but I have a character limit. So I'll leave you with this. It was $42,000 all in for upgrades and bid, and I regret it like crazy. Don't make the same mistake I did, find a more reputable company for this large investment."
