"awful customer service, hung up on."

"brought desktop in for repair due to frequent crashing/restarts. I initially suggested there was maybe a overheating or power supply issue. they kept the machine for an entire week. when I called in to check on progress, they were snide and defensive. I asked them what sort of diagnostics they were performing, expecting something technical and highbrow, but they said they were just playing games on the machine. playing on MY steam account, no less when the machine was returned to me, they said they swapped out the power supply. they admitted they couldn't reproduce the issues (which was baffling to me) and it seemed they were just guessing which piece of hardware was failing. at least they (seemingly) guessed right and I haven't had issues since. one star experience from start to finish, but an extra star for lucking into a working solution. if you're looking for a repair shop, I recommend looking for one that's more professional"

"Called to see if he could help with my daughter's video card/connection and after telling David the situation he bluntly said I won't be able to help you and hung up. No good bye. Nothing. Just click. I get he could not help, but that was rude. **UPDATE as of 11/4** David saw this review and texted me to ask for me to remove the negative review. For one he never apologized for hanging up and not saying goodbye at all, just that he did not want to waste my time or money. As someone who was a retail store manager for almost two decades I would have never have hung up on a customer the way he did, even if I couldn't help them. I called another repair place that day and though that owner was honest and did not have time to take my system in to look at it that weekend he still gave me a few ideas to try to see if that helped (which they did) and so that he didn't waste my time and money the correct way. Customer service, if you can help or not, goes a long way."
