"Was charged for an unprofessional repair of my leaky solar panel by using electrical tape and was charged 185.00. When I called to notify them that the leak was not fixed, I was sent photos of a repair that certainly did not look like my roof. I called another company and went on the roof with him to see the attempt at a repair and saw these attached photos. I called the office back with no success only leaving a voice message. Two days later they decided to communicate with texts messages instead of a phone call. Texting back and forth I am still waiting for a resolution on my request for a refund. I won't be calling them again for any service."

"They are great at working with you to get your system installed. The young men who installed the system were really nice guys who got the jov done. Jason was very helpful. I'm giving them 3 stars because they don't have any online resources to help you work their system. We got an owners manual but since nothing is labeled it's hard to tell what is what. I have spoken to Jason and said he could have someone stop by when they are in the area. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed and hope it's sooner rather than later."

"Excellent solar pool system and follow up services too. I highly recommend their yearly Spring/Fall service program to minimize potential weather problems and protect your investment. Their service techs are punctual, respectful, take the time to explain best practices, and inform you of whatever maintenance or repair was performed during the visit. Our last service tech Dennis J. was great! With this pool solar heater, we have saved on our heating bill and keep our pool at the preferred temperature with minimal effort. It also extends our pool season enjoyment!"

"They cut my pool liner all the way around when they cut the solar blanket when they installed my new heat pump last month! The heat pump leaks a lot of water from the bottom. I also had solar panels installed, and so far, they're working great. Update The company felt badly about damaging my liner and has agreed to replace it. The heat pump seems to work fine, and they promised to provide a pan for the condensation leaking, and I love the solar panels they installed. They do seem to have good customer service. It is the end of March now, and I'm still waiting on those, so I'll let you know what happens!"
