"DJ the store manager was very honest. I recently drained my pool for fresh water. I asked him what chemicals were needed to start the pool. I assumed he was gonna upsell me those pool opening kits. Instead, he told me to bring in water sample to see what was needed. It was cheaper than the opening kit."

"Never shop here. Shady business practices, won't return pool parts that they sold the wrong part number for. Manager is may and rude. Shop on Amazon and put these clowns out of business."

"Extremely bad service, when you call in they ask you to be on hold and keep you there for over 20 minutes, when you call back and let them know you were on hold for an extended period of time their answer is "we are busy, you have to wait". Zero customer service aptitude."
