"The guys in the store are wonderful! The service technicians who came to my house did not do anything that I couldn’t have done. I had him come out to inspect my Hayward Salt system. I had already called and spoke with Hayward to do a diagnosis. The Hayward customer service representative said that I needed a technician to come out and do more diagnostics/test. The Leslie’s technician simply Googled the issue and decided that I needed to replace the board. That is unacceptable! The Hayward representative said it needed to be tested, it should have been tested especially for $170! Incredibly unacceptable work practice."
