"Well, the lady was nice. Price was high. Thought I would be getting more back on an amended taxes after claiming single zero dependents to switching claiming my two dependents I don't think it was worth it to pay $300. Which was not my fault in the first place. It was the original prepares."

"The absolute worst experience I could ever have imagined. I turned my paperwork in around the end of February, I didn't receive communication until April 23rd via phone message, saying that an email had been sent with questions needing answers. After I checked my email, noticed the first attempt from the previous day was wrong email address, but answered the questions and sent back. Didn't hear anything, so sent a follow up email on May 12 and didn't hear anything until 4:00pm Sunday 5/16, the day before the deadline, saying were going to have to file an extension because I owe a lot of money and she claimed to not receive the email I replied back to hers. I ended up making 2 trips that evening to sign documents that although she explained the filing would not be electronically filed were just that. I felt as a tax professional she should not have taken that long to do what I was able to do in previous years in 2-3 days. She discounted me $71 so I only paid $260 for this!"

"If I do need help with my return, I would go to the Lakeport office again. The people (ladies) in this office were very nice and knew what they were doing. What I enjoyed the most was pleasant conversations, laughing, and feeling comfortable amid all the conformities with the plague/flu/virus. Thank you Jacquie"

"I don't have a specific reason why I picked the number I did except I know that no one is perfect whether it is a single person or a business . H&R Block has always treated us kindly especially the person preparing our taxes . But as costs get higher I may have to take another route in getting my Taxes done . And with things going the way they are with this country in a state of emergency , who knows what will happen ."

"I felt like the woman I had an appointment with was condescending towards me. She didn't look at my documents asked me some personal questions that did not matter. I could tell she had passed judgement on me."
