"Great group! We had to park our RV for a year, and everyone here took care of everything we needed to get us back on the road!"
"Absolutely fantastic. AC went out. They came out found that I needed to replace it. They ordered a new one, came out the next day with the new one and replaced it. Working great. With my husband recently being placed on hospice and me trying to keep his environment as comfortable for him as possible they made my life have one less worry. Their speed in diagnosis, order, and replace as well as sticking around to make sure it was working was amazing. Hope they realize justhow much I appreciate everything."
"Good people and make customers concerns a priority. Next repair or upgrade is going to Mark Townsend's."
"When a tech called out today, Jessica called us immediately to let us know they wouldn't be able to get us in for our appointment. We were obviously disappointed, we full-time in our rig and scheduled the necessary on-site service for a move day. While regrouping on what to do, we got another call about an hour later from Jessica. She had gone to work rearranging things to accommodate us today. They did a great job repacking the wheel bearings and fixing a brake issue we didn't even know about, plus inspected everything we asked about. It was easy in and out of the lot and staff was knowledgeable about RVs and made sure we were satisfied before we left. Would go again if we are back in the area and need anything."
"Mark Townsend sent out a tech to diagnose an OEM Magnum Inverter that would not stay in the inverter mode when required. After diagnosing the problem they said that my inverter was bad and that I needed to replace it. They quoted me around $2,900 for a new like unit. I was able to source one online for around $2,400 and ordered it. The technician came out and installed the new inverter shortly after it arrived. It did not fix the problem and the inverter did exactly what it did with the old inverter. A tech came out several days later when the inverter would not work at all and Mark Townsend failed to show on Friday as promised. We had to go the whole weekend using a Mr Heater in the coach and the only power a 15 amp cord plugged into the utility pedestal. The quick fix was a fuse on the side of inverter. The Tech bought the old inverter for $400 as he agreed the inverter was probably still good. I have not heard back from him as I promised him his money back if it was not working right. The following week Townsend came again and with magnum on the phone, was able to point to ME-RC50 control unit as the culprit. I purchased one online and installed it by the myself. Problem solved. Weeks later we are traveling and the inverter switches on every time shore power is removed and we don’t even have to reset the microwave clock. The Tech who worked on our coach also showed up at one of the service calls wearing an offensive t shirt that I’m sure is not indicative of the image they want to present. Having worked for a uniform company for 35 years in both sales and customer retention, I know that the rep who comes to you is the company, and presenting a professional image is important for both customer retention and growing the business. Mark Townsend cost me $2,000 dollars plus labor costs for a problem a $170 part would’ve fixed. When I mentioned this fact, they shrugged it off and said there was no way to have known the inverter was not bad."
