"I can’t say enough great things about BMW of Murrieta. I worked with Skip when I got my 2024 i4 M50 (fully electric). I had been in contact with Skip for sometime and never did I once feel like I was getting the pushy salesman feel we’re all familiar with. Skip was kind, informative, patient to work with and I would recommend him to anyone. The customer service didn’t stop there. Unfortunately shortly after, Electrify America had damaged the vehicle and I worked with Ronaldo in the service department to get it straightened out. Fantastic to work with and always felt like I was in the loop on the status. I was completely taken care of, down to the loaner vehicle which was the same mode/trim as my car. All around, BMW of Murrieta has earned my business for many years to come and I recommend them for anyone looking to get a new vehicle."
